Fan filter media is paramount to maintaining the Ingress Protection rating of a unit. Axair Online filter mesh is made from a quality G3 material composition of high performance nonwovens produced from elastic, break resistant polyolefin fibres with thermal bonding and is superior against competitors product on the market ensuring protection to IP54. Our fan filter media are available in boxes of 6.
The replacement filter used for fan filter units, features high arrestance throughout their entire lifetime, providing maximum operational reliability. In addition the material can be cleaned up to ten times, by careful washing, blow drying and lighting beating.
An advanced G4 filter media is also available from Axair Online, providing a superior IP55 dust and liquid ingress protection for valuable electrical components within enclosures. All filter media can be used in FPF, FF and GF models with the exception of G4 media which is not suitable for FPF08 or FF08 models.
