Replacement filter media is essential for maintaining the performance and ingress protection (IP) rating of enclosure filter fan units. Designed to capture dust, dirt, and airborne particles before they enter the enclosure, high quality filter media helps protect sensitive electrical and electronic components while ensuring efficient airflow.
Fandis G3 filter media is manufactured from premium thermally bonded, high performance nonwoven fabric, offering excellent filtration efficiency and helping maintain an IP54 protection rating. The durable, elastic construction provides long lasting performance and can be carefully cleaned and reused up to ten times, reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.
For applications requiring enhanced protection, G4 filter media is available to provide improved filtration and support an IP55 ingress protection rating. This makes it ideal for enclosures operating in dustier or more demanding industrial environments.
Our replacement filter media is supplied in packs of six and is compatible with FPF, FF, and GF filter fan models. Please note that G4 filter media is not suitable for FPF08 or FF08 models.
