The FPF08KU230B-110 is a great solution to thermal management. This filter fan unit is the standard airflow version of this model and is IP54. This is down to its polyurethane foam permanent sealing gasket .IP55 is available on request as well as an EMC version, Type1, and 3R. Its compact, low profile side mount can be amended using an adaptor. It can sit flat to the enclosure with the unit encased in the cabinet or, alternatively, pushed out  by using an adaptor to extend its external profile providing more space inside the enclosure. Fitting the FPF08KU230B-110 with or without an adaptor is simple as it features click fit mounting allowing for easy, fast installation. G3 filter media is provided as standard in the FPF08KU230B-110 however G4 media is available on request. All our filter medias are reusable. They can be reused by washing,  lightly beating and blow drying  and can be washed up to 10 times. This fan filter unit contains shielded ball bearings. The filter fan unit comes with a plate thickness of between 1.5 and 2.2mm and the plastic parts are made from ABS and PC alloy. The FPF08KU230B-110 is CE, cURus and CSA approved as well as UL approvaed according to UL 508.

We recommend using this filter fan alongside the FPF08KUG-101 air inlet/exhaust to allow the air to move freely through the enclosure.
